Gosaiba Daughters (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website to sell our Hydro Distilled Rose Water. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to serve you.

• Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
• Correspondence — emails or Instagram messages you send us, so we can answer and keep a record of support requests.

How we use your information

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To respond to your questions and support requests.
• To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

• Razorpay — our payment processor, which handles your payment under its own privacy policy.
