Gosaiba Daughters
Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Gosaiba Daughters website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & pricing
We currently sell one product: Hydro Distilled Rose Water (100ml | 3.38 fl.oz.). All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all taxes. The struck-through MRP is the maximum retail price printed on the pack; the selling price is the amount you pay. We may revise prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already placed.
We take care that product photographs and descriptions are accurate; minor variations in shade of the liquid or label may occur between batches because the product is natural and unstandardised by additives.
3. Orders & payment
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets). Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully captured, and you will receive a confirmation from Razorpay by email and/or SMS. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or stock unavailability — in such cases any amount paid is refunded in full.
4. Shipping, returns & cancellation
Delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.
5. Use of the product
Our rose water is a cosmetic product for external use. Do a small patch test before first use, avoid direct contact with the eyes, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. The information on this site is not medical advice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — the Gosaiba Daughters name, logo, label artwork, photographs and text — belongs to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
