Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally — write to us if you'd like us to, and we'll let you know when we do.

Charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Timelines

• Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 2–5 working days of dispatch, depending on your location. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details on the email and/or phone number provided at checkout.

Delays

Weather, festivals and courier disruptions can occasionally delay a parcel. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email gosaibadaughters@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we'll chase it down.

Damaged or tampered parcels

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery if possible, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours so we can send a replacement. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
